What is a Domestic Fee Paying place?

A Domestic Fee Paying place is one for which the University does not receive any government funding. If you are enrolled in a fee paying place, you must pay the full cost of your course. If you are eligible, you may apply for a FEE-HELP loan to pay your fees.
