Answer

What happens if I do not pay my tuition fees on time?

New commencing international students

If you do not pay your fees by the due date stated on your Letter of Offer, you won’t be able to enrol in your course or obtain a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) or student visa.

Continuing international students

If you do not pay your fees by the due date stated on your eInvoice, you will incur late fees. If you do not take action to arrange payment, your enrolment may be cancelled and you may be reported to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) as no longer being an enrolled student, which could result in the cancellation of your student visa.

If you are having trouble paying your fees on time, please see the Current students website for more information.

Domestic students (Australian citizens and permanent residents, New Zealand citizens)

If you do not pay your fees by the due date stated on your eInvoice, or if eligible submit a valid electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF), your enrolment in any unpaid units will be cancelled.
