How do I contact Curtin Connect?

Curtin Connect will be closed for walk-in and phone enquiries from Friday 19 February, 1:30pm AWST and will re-open Monday 22 February at 8:30am AWST.  

We have a range of options for connecting with the team from the comfort of your home. Our convenient online services have been expanded to provide continued support throughout your time at Curtin.

Virtual appointment: A team member can call at a time convenient to you between 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

  Contact us online: Current students can use our enquiry form (including past students and new applicants who have a Curtin Student ID). Select the option relevant to your enquiry and you will be directly connected to the area that can assist. 
Non-students can contact us via our general enquiry form.

ID cards and official documents: Orders for ID Cards and documents can be made online via OASIS.  Due to the recent lockdown there may be processing delays with the processing and mailing of ID Cards and hard copy documents. 
  
In-Person: If you still need to drop in, Curtin Connect is located in Building 102 on the Perth campus. We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (Tuesday from 9.30am). 
Important! All visitors to Curtin Connect must adhere to social distancing requirements.
