What security and after-hours support is provided in on-campus accommodation?

Safety on campus is a top priority, and this includes on-campus accommodation. The campus has CCTV and is patrolled by the Curtin’s Safer Community Team who offer 24/7 assistance, every day of the year. The highly trained team are available to help with security escorts back to residence, mechanical assistance, and any issues relating to safety and security.
The free SafeZone smartphone app puts you in direct contact with our Safer Community Team at any time.
The University also provides a range of wellbeing services to students.
Residences have staff on site and for after-hours enquiries there are Residential Assistants in accommodation.
