How do I get IT support?

If you're a student and you're having problems with Curtin systems or IT facilities, go to the IT tools and guides webpages to see if you can find the right information there.
If you're still experiencing difficulties, you can:
IT support is available by phone at the following times:
During semester:
9am to 9pm weekdays
Closed weekends
Semester breaks:
9am to 5pm weekdays
Closed weekends
