What tools are available to help me manage my wellbeing?

Curtin has developed a wellbeing app called BE WELL. The app is designed to help you connect with your own self-care and wellbeing to create healthy, positive habits in a fun and interactive way!
Centred around the 5 ways to wellbeing (Be Active, Connect, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give) BE WELL provides students with all the wellbeing tools and resources to kickstart positive self-care every day.
The app is available for download through iOS and Google Play. You’re not alone at Curtin. We have a dedicated team of wellbeing advisors who are here to help you. If you’re experiencing a personal or study issue contact our Student Wellbeing Team via phone, email or face-to-face appointment at Curtin Connect.
