Curtin Open Day is one of the biggest events on the Curtin calendar and usually takes place on a Sunday in July or August. It provides a great opportunity for prospective students, their families and friends to come to Curtin University to experience the industry-minded courses and innovative learning activities that we offer. On the day, visitors can enjoy:
- Competitions and giveaways
- Student and staff led information booths for advice, programs and campus maps
- Course, admission and scholarship advice for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees
- Academics on hand answering course-specific questions and conducting hands-on demonstrations, to showcase some of the most interesting and innovative research across all areas of Curtin
- Interactive activities for all ages
- Student Services staff available to discuss everything from enrolment to graduation and careers
- Information about campus life such as sporting teams and facilities, clubs, the Student Guild and support services
- Information for parents
- Student housing and campus tours
- Food, music, fun and much more.
