How do I contact Curtin Connect?

Curtin Connect is your hub for student service and support. Our team is on hand to help with a range of enquiries throughout your time at Curtin, from your course application, to your graduation and everything in between! Get in touch with us using the details below:

Start a live chat: Click the Live Chat button on the Curtin Connect webpage to chat instantly with a team member. 

 

Contact us online: Current students can use our enquiry form (including past students and new applicants who have a Curtin Student ID). Select the option relevant to your enquiry and you will be directly connected to the area that can assist. 

Non-students can contact us via our general enquiry form. 
 
Give us a call: Phone 1300 222 888 between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AWST (Tuesday from 9:30 am), Monday to Friday.

Visit in person:  If you still need to drop in, Curtin Connect is located in Building 102 on the Perth campus. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AWST (Tuesday from 9:30 am).  
 
Need to order an ID card or official document? Orders for ID Cards and documents can be made online via OASIS.
