Answer

I am an Open Universities Australia student, how do I purchase my textbooks?

A week prior to the commencement of each study period booklists are made available via your Unit Outline. For Open Universities Australia (OUA) students, the textbook list is also available from the OUA website.

If you are in the Perth metro area, you can visit the Co-Op Bookshop on Curtin's Bentley campus to purchase your textbooks. You can also purchase books from the Guild’s Second-hand Bookshop or from non-Curtin shops and websites.

OUA students can order their textbooks online at the Co-Op Bookstore. The bookshop will be able to organise to deliver books to local, national and international addresses.

Always check the book's publication dates, including version number, when purchasing your textbooks. If you locate an earlier version of the set textbook, speak to your unit coordinator before purchasing it as there may be significant differences and an earlier version may hinder your progress in the unit.
