Answer

What is a New to Curtin Mentor?

A New to Curtin Mentor is an experienced senior student who has volunteered to support and guide new students, mentees, commencing in a similar area of study.

Mentors keep regular contact with their mentees and are there to answer questions new students may have during their first semester at Curtin. Mentors are trained to provide guidance on adjusting to university, how to use Curtin's systems, making friends, balancing your studies and where to go for personal and study support.

Visit the New to Curtin Mentor Program website for further information.

Mentors cannot provide academic support or tuition, please see the study support website for programs to support your academic development.
