You can defer your offer for a period of up to 12 months, instructions are listed on our Defer your offer page.

If you changed your mind, and wish to:

• Defer for more than 12 months due to extenuating circumstances, submit a request via the online enquiry form. Otherwise, you will need to submit a new application after the 12 months.
• Commence your studies before the 12 months end, you may be emailed by the Admissions office with information on taking up your deferred offer for Semester 2, if the course you deferred has a Semester 2 intake.
