Answer

If I defer my offer can I change my mind?

If you defer your offer and then wish to commence study instead of deferring your course you will need to contact the Admissions Office via the webform in your eStudent before the last enrolment date for that study period. Please include your Curtin student ID, full name, date of birth and a statement confirming you wish to take up your offer and choose the Deferral option.

If you have already deferred your offer for 12 months but no longer wish to commence your study in your deferred course by the due date, you need to decline your deferred offer by contacting us via the eStudent webform with your Curtin student ID, full name, date of birth and a statement confirming you wish to decline your offer.

If unable to defer further when you are ready to commence study in the future, if you are a new to Curtin University student you will need to reapply through the Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC) for semester one intake.

If you have completed units in the past at Curtin or for semester two intake, you can reapply online directly by searching offerings for the course you to apply for.
